How long will my order take to ship?

Our bows are handmade to order. Our vendor takes time to make your accessories perfect, so please allow 5 – 7 days to make and ship. We will ship your package via USPS with First Class or First Class International. 

Our coffee is shipped on demand from our vendor once your order is placed.

Our mugs are shipped on demand from our vendor once your order is placed.

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer worldwide shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances or COVID-related restrictions. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in some countries.

Returns

Because our bows are custom-made, we do not accept returns.

Our coffee is shipped fresh from Puppy Paws Coffee and cannot be returned.

All mugs and related merchandise are returned through Printful.com.
