The Dimpled Bean is proud to participate in Jake’s Fundraiser, a special community event dedicated to raising money in support of the fight against canine cancer.
Join us at Allegheny City Brewing for an afternoon of food, local vendors, unique handmade products, and opportunities to support an important cause.
The event will also feature a 50/50 raffle, along with several Pittsburgh-area businesses, artists, animal-care organizations, and rescue groups.

The Dimpled Bean was created from both heartbreak and purpose, in honor of our beloved dog, Jake, who suddenly passed away at just 8 years old from hemangiosarcoma—a fast-moving and devastating cancer that gives little warning and even less time. Losing Jake so quickly opened our eyes to the urgent need for greater awareness, research, and support for dogs facing this disease. What began as a simple passion project rooted in a love of coffee has grown into something much more meaningful—a creative outlet where coffee lovers can come together to make a difference. Through The Dimpled Bean, we proudly raise funds to support canine cancer research at Ohio State University, helping advance treatments and give hope to other families and their beloved pets. Every cup, every collaboration, and every contribution honors Jake’s memory while working toward a future where more dogs can live longer, healthier lives.
